Standing Rules

Twentieth Century Wagonmasters Chapter of Family Motor Coach Association, Inc.

  1. Annual dues are $15.00 and are due by November 1 each year.  Payments after that date will be assessed an additional $5.00.
  2. Membership shall be limited to 350 RV’s.
  3. Rally fee will not be refunded after registration deadline unless rally host deems it appropriate.
  4. Children of Chapter members will be admitted free to rallies until their 13th Birthday.
  5. Guests may participate in rally activities and meals but must pay a fee determined by the rally host.
  6. Checks will be signed exclusively by Treasurer and/or President. Any check over $l,000 will require both signatures.
  7. Name tags should be worn at Chapter rallies. Hospitality Committee members may collect 25 cents from any member who neglects to wear one.  Monies collected will go towards future social events.
  8. Generator hours will be between 7AM and 11PM unless there is a medical reason.  When using generators, external exhaust pipes must be used when fumes could endanger the health, safety and life of others.
  9. TCW members will have first-preference when registering for space-limited rallies.
  10. Rally fee reimbursements will be made to hosts and co-hosts. The host receives full rally fees and co-hosts receive one-half the rally fee that the host receives.  Anniversary Rallies will allow for one additional co-host.
  11. National Director will receive the rally fee for area rallies when they represent our chapter, unless compensated by FMCA.
  12. Rally attendees who wish to park together with other attendees must arrive together.
  13. Rally Parking Committees will park units as per host instructions. Attendees will follow the directions of the parking committee. Attendees who do not follow the parking rules will be asked to leave the rally.
  14. TCW will not promote a non-TCW rally if it conflicts with a rally sponsored by TCW, with the exception of a National FMCA event.
  15. All pets must be kept on a leash and may not be brought into any area when food is present.
  16. Only manufacturer-installed on-board generators may be used in general and full generator parking areas at rallies.
  17. No dumping of either gray or black water tanks at any rally unless locations provide an appropriate facility.  Dumping of gray of black water on the round is never permitted.
